Bir isteği karşılayabilecek hiçbir aktif shard kopyası bulunamadı. İlgili shard atanmamış, kurtarılıyor veya barındıran düğüm erişilemez olduğundan istek yerine getirilemiyor.
Neden olur?
Düğüm çökmesi/ağ bölünmesi, atanmamış (unassigned) shard'lar, devam eden shard recovery süreci, disk watermark nedeniyle atama engeli veya kümenin RED/YELLOW durumda olması.
Nasıl çözülür?
Küme ve shard durumunu inceleyin: GET _cluster/health ve GET _cat/shards?v. Atanmamış shard nedenini görün: GET _cluster/allocation/explain. Çökmüş düğümleri geri getirin, disk sorununu çözün, recovery'nin bitmesini bekleyin: GET _cat/recovery?v&active_only=true. Gerekirse POST _cluster/reroute?retry_failed=true ile yeniden atamayı deneyin.
