Add a node to the cluster

CLUSTER MEET 10.0.0.12 6379

What it does

Joins the node at the specified IP and port to the cluster gossip network.

When to use it

When adding a new node to the cluster (scaling).

Caution

If no slot assignment (ADDSLOTS) or reshard is done after adding the node, it receives no data.
