已认证的 ACL 用户对要运行的命令或访问的键没有授权。Redis 根据 ACL 规则拒绝该操作。
原因
ACL 用户缺少命令/类别权限、键模式不在其允许列表中、存在频道（pub/sub）限制，或用户被授予了范围很窄的权限。
解决方法
检查用户权限：ACL GETUSER app_user。添加所需的命令/类别和键模式（如 ACL SETUSER app_user +get +set ~app:*）。遵循最小权限原则，只授予所需权限。确认以正确的用户身份连接。
