İstemci, sunucunun desteklemediği bir RESP protokol sürümünü istedi. Genellikle HELLO komutuyla RESP3 (sürüm 3) istenirken sunucunun yalnızca RESP2 desteklemesi durumunda döner.
Neden olur?
HELLO 3 komutu gönderilmesi ama sunucunun eski bir Redis sürümü (6.0 öncesi) olması ya da RESP3'ü desteklememesi; istemci kütüphanesinin varsayılan olarak RESP3 istemesi ama sunucunun eski olması. Sürüm uyumsuzluğudur.
Nasıl çözülür?
İstemcinizi RESP2 kullanacak şekilde ayarlayın veya HELLO ile geçerli bir sürüm isteyin (HELLO 2). Sunucuyu RESP3 destekleyen bir sürüme (Redis 6+) yükseltin. Kullandığınız istemci kütüphanesinin protokol sürümü ayarını gözden geçirin; çoğu kütüphane otomatik olarak RESP2'ye düşebilir. Sunucu sürümünü doğrulayın: INFO server (redis_version).
