index_template_missing_exception: Index template is missing（索引模板不存在）

未找到所引用的索引模板。在获取、删除模板或执行基于模板的操作时使用了不存在的模板名称。
原因
模板名称拼写错误；模板之前已被删除；混淆了旧版模板 API 与可组合索引模板 API；或模板从未创建。初始化脚本未执行完成时也会出现。
解决方法
列出现有模板。可组合模板：GET _index_template 或 GET _index_template/name。旧版模板：GET _template。用正确的 API 和名称重试。如果模板不存在，创建它：PUT _index_template/name {...}。使删除/更新脚本幂等，以免在模板不存在时失败。
