1146: Table doesn't exist
MySQLWhat does it mean?
The table referenced in the query does not exist or cannot be found in the current database.
Why does it happen?
The table really does not exist, the wrong database is selected, a typo in the table name, table name case sensitivity on Linux (lower_case_table_names) or a missing/corrupted InnoDB table file (.ibd) (in 5.7 and earlier also the .frm definition file; in 8.0 definitions live in the data dictionary).
How to fix it
Verify the table: SHOW TABLES; and select the correct database: USE mydb. Watch out for case sensitivity (especially on Linux). Check the table name and schema with SELECT ... FROM information_schema.tables. If there is an InnoDB file problem, restore/repair may be required.
