RedisWhat does it mean?
The number of connected clients reached the maxclients limit and new connections cannot be accepted. Redis refuses further client connections.
Why does it happen?
A connection leak (connections never closed), an insufficient maxclients value, a misconfigured connection pool, a sudden surge of clients, or a low operating system file descriptor limit.
How to fix it
Inspect current connections: CLIENT LIST and INFO clients. Fix connection leaks; size the client pool correctly and reuse connections. If needed, raise maxclients (CONFIG SET maxclients) and the OS ulimit (file descriptor) limit. Set a timeout for idle connections.
